My husband had dementia and was also completely dependant on a wheelchair for getting around the house and outside. Tanya showered and dressed him every day, 7 days a week for 6 months until he died. His dementia became a lot worse but Tanya knew exactly how to help him with great care and attentiveness and treated him with respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Tanya for helping in similar circumstances
Mum is now 96 and over the last 2 years has needed extra help to allow her to remain at home. Having found Tanya was a gift from heaven, in her case "carer" means carer in every sense of the word.
Tanya Marsh helped me care for my mother during the last two months of her life. I
found Tanya to be kind, gentle, thoughtful and sympathetic and as importantly efficient, reliable and trustworthy.
Since my mothers death Tanya has helped me sort and clear my mothers house. She will turn her hand to anything with willingness and good humour and I have no hesitation in recommending her to any future employers.
When an elderly friend (with dementia) was in urgent need of additional help, Tanya stepped in at short notice to give respite to the live in carer. Tanya was willing to give assistance at any time, day or night as required. She is a delightful companion and her enthusiasm for thinking of the little things that enhance life made a real difference. She is dependable and kind and it was wonderful to have such a friendly person so readily available.
